Exercise and Cancer Prevention
The incidence and cost of many chronic health conditions is increasing. Billions of dollars are spent on research in finding ways to treat health conditions and increase our longevity. As a result, less focus may be emphasized on prevention of those conditions, increasing our quality of life, and decreasing our morbidity.
Dr. Melody Benjamin will discuss how a healthy lifestyle may allow each individual the opportunity to put the emphasis back on preventing rather than treating many chronic health issues.
Dr. Melody Benjamin is a hematologist and medical oncologist. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology. She offers patients access to on-site clinical trials and research.
