The 2023 Amethyst Ball, The Great Gatsby Getaway, will be a glamorous 1920s speak easy style event with casino games, a magician, and tango dancers. There will even be a photo opportunity with an old vintage style car. Bring your diamonds and pearls and enjoy a night that will take you back to the roaring twenties!
The Amethyst Ball is CADA’s premier annual fundraising event. Your support — needed now more than ever — will help change the lives of local youth and adults struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues.
The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse was established in 1949 by a small group of Santa Barbara citizens and has grown into the largest organization in the county for the prevention and treatment of alcohol and drug abuse, serving over 18,000 youth and adults over its many years.
