Canary ‘Clam Bake & Blanc’

Join Finch & Fork at the Kimpton Canary Hotel for their seasonal Chef’s Table Series, kicking off on October 23rd with the first exclusive dinner, “Clam Bake & Blanc!” Perfect for Santa Barbara’s cozy, fall weather, this enchanting dinner will include a traditional, seasonal Clam Bake with rock crab, chorizo, shrimp, little neck clams, corn, red potatoes, and Old Bay seasoning, plus bread baskets with Drawn Butter. The bake will be paired with a flight of three different Sauvignon Blancs, each curated to enhance the rich flavors of the bake. With dinner set on two long tables in the Mediterranean-inspired and inviting Chapala room, “Bake & Blanc” will be an intimate event featuring delectable dishes and complemented by wonderful wines from Brander Winery. 

Tickets are $95 and include the bake, as well as amuse, bread baskets, drawn butter and Old Bay seasoning, paired with a flight of three Sauvignon Blanc.
