Coffee 101: Dialing Espresso

Join us for another Coffee 101 class at Dawn Cafe inside Drift Santa Barbara. On April 14th at 4pm, learn the basic principles of espresso and how to “dial in” at home. This class will cover everything you need to get your home espresso tasting cafe made. We will be covering basics like puck preparation to more intermediatory concepts like extraction principles.
