For teens, ages 14-18 years old.
Join our support group for incoming 9th-12th graders, where you’ll learn valuable skills to regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and improve relationships. This is a space to talk about and work through life problems and give and get support with peers and leaders who have your back.
COMMITMENT: Min 4-weeks [New members may join at any time]
WHEN: MONDAYS • 5:00-6:15PM • weekly [DEC 1, 8, 15 ]
WHERE: attend in-person at OpenMinds, 1919 State St.
