We’ll create a safe and supportive space where attendees can connect\, reflect\, and grow through their shared and lived experience of pregnancy into parenthood. \nHeld in the natural setting of the Children’s Garden at the SLO Botanical Garden\, this event will offer guest speakers\, guided journaling\, peer support\, and facilitated discussions\, all rooted in evidence-based care and holistic wellness. \nThis group will meet once per week on Thursdays\, from 10am until 11:30am – from April 10 until May 15\, for a six-week session. \nOur intended audience includes pregnant individuals\, new parents/caregivers\, and those navigating the transition into parenthood up to one year\, with a focus on accessible\, inclusive\, and facilitated peer support. Refreshments & light snacks will be provided. Older children up to about age three are welcome and care will be provided in the Children’s Garden.
