Come join us at our weekly Laughter Class!!! This class is held weekly at the Central Coast Senior Center 10:30am-11:00am on Mondays. Please be on time!
Do you need a “pick-me-up” after the stress of covid and the difficulties in your daily lives? No matter what is happening in your life if you attend this class you will smart smiling and feeling better!
Marcia Alter will lead you in a series of laughter games that are easy, fun, and will get you laughing. Marcia is a Certified Laughter Wellness Trainer with over 7 years of experience teaching laughter classes to all kinds of populations including children, seniors, and people with disabilities. Although this is held at a Senior Center you can be any age and attend!
I guarantee you will leave in a better mood than when you arrive and you won’t regret it.
Open your mind and try something new!
The fee is $1.00 for members and $2.00 for non-members. All proceeds go to the Central Coast Senior Center.
