Hotel SLO’s Michelin-recognized steakhouse, Ox + Anchor, is honored to be part of a diverse and dynamic community dedicated to the craft of winemaking. In that spirit, it celebrates a prominent Central Coast winemaker each month with a tasting menu curated by renowned Executive Chef Ryan Fancher that showcases the lovely terroir of the region. This October, it celebrates Denner Vineyards with the following six-course wine-paired dinner.
